At Ineo, we are proud to announce one of our most special recent projects: once again, we have been responsible for the design and manufacture of the official awards for the fifth edition of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards, a commission by Easyfairs to recognise excellence in the advanced industry.

From idea to reality: The design process

The project started with a clear premise proposed by the exhibition's organisers: the trophy had to continue incorporating the “M” as its main feature—the iconic symbol of Advanced Manufacturing Madrid—whilst reflecting, on this occasion, that it was the fifth edition of the awards.

With this starting point, our design team developed several proposals exploring different approaches to balance, shape, and visual reading. After evaluating the options, the organisation selected a final model that stood out for its:

• Clean and refined aesthetics, ideal for reflecting the cutting edge of the sector.

• Solid structure, a symbol of technical precision and industrial strength.

Once the base design was validated, we fine-tuned every detail and custom-engraved the text on the base to identify each award category, such as Best Sustainable Project or Best Innovation in Design.

State-of-the-art technology for unique pieces

To bring these trophies to life, we opted for innovation within our production processes. We used HP's MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) technology, one of the leading solutions in industrial 3D printing that guarantees exceptional definition and a top-quality finish.

Subsequently, the pieces underwent a custom finishing and painting process featuring the corporate colours chosen by Easyfairs, achieving a modern, elegant result that aligns perfectly with the event's visual identity.
