Manufacturing of Parts and Spare Parts for Classic Vehicles

We convert worn-out components, broken parts, or old technical drawings into high-fidelity physical spare parts, merging scanning technologies, reconstruction engineering, and industrial 3D printing with rigorous metal and surface finishes in our workshop.

We are industrial and technological suppliers for professional restoration workshops, automotive museums, and classic vehicle racing teams. We do not perform general mechanics, maintenance, or repairs on critical engine parts (such as pistons or connecting rods), but rather centralize the operational and reconstruction engineering process at our manufacturing plant.

We receive your 3D files, old drawings, or, commonly, the deteriorated original part to proceed with its digitization. Through reverse engineering, we correct wear and tear from use, ensure minimum structural thicknesses to withstand mechanical stresses, and adapt designs for the production of obsolete spare parts, base molds, and technical guidance tooling.

We combine 3D printing technologies with other manufacturing technologies (such as vacuum casting, CNC machining, thermoforming, among others) with a post-processing and workshop treatment line capable of replicating the aesthetics and properties of original metals. The result is components ready for final assembly with micrometric precision, returning functionality to historical vehicles whose spare parts no longer exist on the market.

Reverse Engineering and 3D Digital Reconstruction

We process worn or broken original parts in our technical office using advanced industrial design software. We analyse the complex geometries of obsolete components, repair polygonal meshes damaged by time, and perform mechanical adaptations to ensure technical fits based on customer instructions. We scale and calibrate each element micro metrically to guarantee total structural viability and perfect fit in the chassis before sending the final files to the production line at the plant.

Tooling and Mold Manufacturing for Workshops

To optimize the tasks of professional restoration workshops, we plan and manufacture custom technical tooling, assembly guides, and base molds in the engineering office. We design modular systems and forming tools that allow automotive artisans to shape body panels or position elements with exact precision, ensuring a robust, lightweight, and perfectly aligned assembly during manual restoration processes.

Additive Materialization and Technological Metallurgy

We translate the digital twin into reality using industrial 3D printing systems and complementary manufacturing technologies. We select the technical material according to the mechanical, thermal, and aesthetic requirements of the component: high-tenacity polyamides (SLS/MJF) ideal for withstanding impacts in air intake ducts, brackets, or housings, and advanced metal manufacturing systems or high-definition technical resins (SLA) to capture the microscopic details of corporeal logos, emblems, knobs, and dashboard ornamentation filigrees.

Post-Processing and Period-Specific Finishes

The definitive phase is executed in our finishing area, where we treat the surface of the parts to achieve absolute aesthetic fidelity with the vehicle's era. Our team applies industrial techniques combined with priming processes, precision sanding, and polishing. We develop textured finishes, high-gloss enamels, or technical metallization that faithfully reproduce the visual appearance, touch, and shine of chrome, gold, silver, or nickel on polymeric or metallic bases.

Advanced Technologies Applied

Manufacturing technologies that optimize every detail of the production of parts and spare parts for classic vehicles:

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and Laser Sintering (SLS)

Industrial manufacturing via powder fusion that grants exceptional mechanical resistance and controlled flexibility, ideal for functional hardware, non-critical fluid ducts, ventilation grilles, and hidden structural supports.

Image

High-Definition Stereolithography (SLA)

Production based on liquid photosensitive resins that allows capturing micrometric reliefs, obsolete indicator covers, instrumentation dials, buttons, and ornamental elements with strict dimensional tolerances.

Image

CNC Machining and Hybrid Systems

Material removal via high-speed computerized milling for the manufacture of sheet metal forming dies, base molds, workshop guiding tools, or precision metal cores requiring high physical rigidity.

Image

Metallization and Chemical Coatings

Application in a technical cabin of surface treatments via deposition or projection that confer optical properties, reflections, and chromed textures identical to real metals of the era to printed components.

Benefits for Professional Restoration Workshops

Viability for unviable projects: Allows accepting complex restorations of singular vehicles for which the traditional spare parts market is completely exhausted.

Obsolete geometries without limits: Ability to materialize free forms, intricate internal ducts, and obsolete brackets impossible to manufacture through traditional methods without incurring prohibitive tooling costs.

Mechanical resistance and durability: The use of polymeric and metallic engineering materials ensures that manufactured components withstand vibrations, weather exposure, and real road use.

Aesthetic and historical fidelity: The union of digital precision at the plant and post-processing in our workshop achieves polished and chromed finishes suitable for the most demanding standards of elegance concours.

Use Cases / Applications

Functional cabin and bodywork spare parts: Manufacturing of door handles, window regulators, ventilation grilles, headlight supports, and mirror housings that are no longer manufactured.

Non-critical fluid system components: Production in technical polyamides of expansion tanks, cooling pipe elbows, custom air intake ducts, and windshield washer reservoirs.

Emblems, logos, and ornamental moldings: Reproduction of brand insignias, chromed body letters, wheel trim, and dashboard moldings with metallic finishes identical to the originals.

Obsolete lenses and optics: Production in translucent resins and techniques of headlight covers, taillights, and turn signals with refraction patterns optimized in our technical office.

Guiding and sheet metal forming tooling: Design and manufacture of forming blocks via machining or industrial 3D printing to assist in the manual beating of aluminium or steel panels in the customer's workshop.
