Development Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing for Fashion
We transform conceptual files and complex designs into high-fidelity physical components, merging industrial 3D printing technologies with rigorous surface and metalized finishes in our workshop.
At Ineo, we act as an industrial supplier and technological partner for haute couture houses, footwear designers, jewelry workshops, and visual merchandising agencies. We do not perform creative design tasks or fashion illustration but rather centralize the operational and engineering process in our manufacturing plant.
We receive your CAD files, organic modeling files, or three-dimensional meshes and assume their mechanical preparation. Through optimization engineering, we correct meshes, guarantee minimum structural thicknesses to resist loads (crucial in heels or platforms), and adapt designs for the production of technical tooling, lasts, and final components.
We combine 3D printing technologies with a post-processing line and chemical treatments capable of replicating luxury finishes and real metals. The result is components and visual elements with micrometric precision ready for fashion shows, production, or commercial exhibition.
Engineering and Optimization of 3D Files
We receive digital files from fashion or jewelry design software and process them in our technical office. We analyze complex geometries, repair corrupt polygonal meshes, and perform mechanical adaptations to ensure the fits of gemstones, closures, or hardware based on client specifications. We scale each element micrometrically to guarantee total structural viability and perfect fit before sending the final files to the production line at the plant.

Structural Segmentation and Breakdown for Visual Merchandising
To produce monumental visual elements or complex structures intended for visual merchandising and window displays, we plan their fragmentation in the engineering office. We design a modular breakdown system with internal fits and hidden mechanical joints. This allows the manufacture of decorative elements and large-volume conceptual mannequins in our industrial 3D printers, ensuring a robust, lightweight, balanced, and perfectly aligned assembly during final installation in the boutique or event.

Additive and Technological Materialization
We translate the digital twin into reality using industrial 3D printing systems such as SLS, MJF, and SLA, alongside other complementary manufacturing technologies. We select the technical material according to the mechanical and aesthetic requirements of the project: high-tenacity polyamides (SLS/MJF) ideal for withstanding impact and weight in footwear heels and platforms, or high-definition photosensitive resins (SLA) to capture microscopic scale details in jewelry, links, simulated textile textures, or complex filigrees.

Post-Processing and Workshop Treatment
The final phase is executed in our finishing area, where we treat the surface of the parts to achieve a high-end result. Our team applies industrial techniques combined with leveling primer processes, chemical precision sanding, and mirror polishing. We develop textured finishes, high-gloss enameled finishes, or haute couture metalized finishes that faithfully reproduce the visual appearance, touch, and brilliance of gold, chrome, silver, or advanced satin textures.

Advanced Technologies Applied
Manufacturing technologies that optimize every detail of technical manufacturing and fashion modeling:
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Industrial manufacturing via powder fusion that grants exceptional mechanical strength and controlled flexibility, ideal for functional hardware, structural soles, and luxury footwear heels.

High-Definition Stereolithography (SLA)
Production based on liquid photosensitive resins that allows capturing micrometric reliefs, high-jewelry prototypes, cufflinks, buckles, and ornamental elements with strict dimensional tolerances.

CNC Machining and Hybrid Systems
Material removal via high-speed computerized milling for the manufacture of precision lasts in technical materials, base molds, workshop guiding tooling, internal metal cores for stiletto heels, or visual merchandising structures requiring high physical rigidity.

Metalizing and Chemical Coatings
Application in a technical cabin of surface treatments via deposition or projection that confer optical properties, reflections, and chromed textures identical to real metals on printed polymers.

Benefits for the Customer
Time-to-Market Acceleration: Physical validation of footwear collections, jewelry, and accessories in days instead of weeks, reducing development times before mass production.
Limitless Organic Geometries: Capacity to materialize free forms, interlaces, and hollow structures impossible to manufacture via traditional injection molding or machining methods.
Guaranteed Mechanical Resistance: The use of engineering polymer materials ensures that prototyped heels and functional accessories withstand stress tests on the runway and real use.
High-End Aesthetic Fidelity: The union of digital precision in the plant and chemical post-processing in our workshop achieves polished and metalized finishes suitable for the demanding standards of the luxury sector.
Use Cases / Applications
Functional Footwear and Heel Prototypes: Manufacture of stiletto heels, complex platforms, and wedges with internal structural channels ready for fit, resistance, and assembly tests in the final shoe.
Masters for Jewellery Casting and Micro-Casting: Production in ultra-high resolution resins of fine jewelry and luxury costume jewellery prototypes, serving as perfect master models for silicone molds or lost-wax casting.
Visual Elements and Visual Merchandising Structures: Development of large-format conceptual decorations, three-dimensional corporate logos with premium finishes, and custom components for flagship store windows.
Accessories and Hardware for Haute Couture: Materialization of sculptural buttons, custom buckles, broaches, and runway appliqués with gold, silver, or nickel metalized finishes on ultra-lightweight polymer bases.
Custom Lasts and Technical Tooling: Design and manufacture of precision tooling and lasts via machining or industrial 3D printing to assist in manual leather or fabric modeling in the client's workshop.
